Provide technical support for hardware, software, POS systems, and store devices (printers, scanners).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in network, POS, and applications across outlets and office.
Design, install, and manage network topologies for new outlets and IT expansion projects.
Install and maintain CCTV/NVR systems and branch office infrastructure.
Handle IT setup for new outlet openings, including network, POS, and surveillance systems.

Build and manage Linux (Debian) - based server infrastructure, including web, DNS, file, DHCP, and VoIP services.
Install and configure virtualization with Proxmox, creating and managing virtual machines (VMs).
Develop and deploy web applications, portfolio website, HRIS, landing pages, cloud storage, and automation platforms (n8n).
Manage web services using single VM environments (e.g., CasaOS) and enable secure public access via Cloudflare tunnel.
Document technical processes and share tutorials via personal YouTube channel to support learning.
